Hi.any water way inside of a claim is part of a claim. Some will argue that any ground below high water is open to all with a pan. Some myself included will argue against that.I was always told you must have a claim owners permission to work on his claim. Not up on the actual laws.Something to look into.I would also not go on some ones claim and say Hi I am allowed to work on your claim.Probably get a very sharp shovel between the eyes.My advice IS stay off claimed ground.Mcbain.

I was in the general store in Spokane and I found a gold saver rocker sluice.  It is all in a big plastic tote.  The sluice folds out and it comes with a classifier and the water runs into the tote so you can recycle it and it will also catch the material if you need to rerun it.  Looks as if it folds out so it is set at the right angle to process the material.  Anybody ever try this product out?

I found it online, called "gold saver rocker box" for $200.  In the general store it was $349 but with 25% off so make it $261.75.
