Isn't the water flowing in the wrong direction for Northern Hemisphere?  Shouldn't it be in a clockwise direction? Something about the coriolis effect.

You know I thought hat but in Australia I use a blue bowl and the flow goes clockwise  So it mustnt make any diference

look which way the inlet is aimed... the water is going to swirl in that direction regardless of which hemisphere you are in.


It doesn't look like its separating very well, have you done any fine tuning since?

You will not be diappointed if you buy the blue bowl Works great but remember to clean if thoroughly before using it.  It is covered in a mold releaser that plays havoc until it has disappeared
