3100 Road Caribou
« on: June 15, 2011, 04:33:24 PM »
An update on the 3100 road or Cunningham Pass. The road is closed at the 22KM mark. The road has caved-in and is way too risky to drive. Looks like it won't get fixed any time soon. Forestry says they have no money. There are also 2 more areas on the 3100 at the 39km and the 44km marks that need repair from slides. And of course my claims are at the 37km mark. Would like to get there, but odds are not good.

If anyone has updates or info, please post.  ^#!

Does anyone know if the road is open from Likely to Barkerville yet? Thanks.

The 3100 Road HAS been repaired and should be serviceable next spring. More repairs are going to be done to it in the spring/summer and may cause problems. I am a happy camper. Can now get to my claim next year.
