Clay busting
« on: April 13, 2011, 03:23:07 PM »
I had the same problem bustin up calitchey (CEMENTED) gravel& claywont go into the story but I solved the problem chepply, sears had a hand held power washer that hooked to the garden hose but you could all so hook a air compresser to it. So I blocked the back of my high bankeracross the grizzley so nothing gould roll outturned on the water & air & blasted away, you can hold the material as long as needed when its clean dump it & start over again doesnt take long to prosses & works very well.been doing it for years now. I set mine up at home let over flow go into a tub & the garden or flower bed but dont tell my wife that part. Oh you dont need to use the spray bars on the high banker you wont loose any gold cause your sluice emtys into a tub the, big stuff off the griz dumps into another tup, the water flow down the sluice is less than you would get at your normal use. any way my point is it works,+M&M
