Anyone know the regulations regarding running a suction dredge in streams in BC

Yup, unless you have real deep big pockets full of money to hire a lawyer, I wouldn't want to get caught dredging in streams creeks rivers or lakes in British Columbia, there are a few places that apparently they may let you have at such an actitivity, but 99% of the province is off limits to dredging........Guest

What is the purpose of getting a placer claim.  If a high banker dredging was allowed would it not just remove all run off from deforestation if a silt  barrier was put in.
