A link to a good thread, sort of hashing out the pros and cons of some systems for fine gold recovery

Micro Flood Gold

Might give you a place to start.
Its the same thread Larry provided a link for in the General prospecting forum, but for some reason it wouldn't open for me.

well first of what size of operation are you looking to start? do you have enough water for your operation? what size is the majority of your flour gold? if you are planning in using primary gravity concentration the biggest thing I have found is to classify no larger than 3 times the size of the gold you are trying to recover. any way give us some more info on your scope of project and we will help you out

No offense to Blisters suggestion on going to the "micro flood gold" thread, but having read through that masterpiece three times already, I gotta say it's an effort in futility, There are a few suggestions on recovery in there, but most are so vague and just leave you with more questions, with the occasional exception(IdahoBob). I got the feeling that it was more of a sales pimp's venue to promote products that they had no intention of demonstrating (nudge, nudge "Fossicker")! Dang that's been bugging me ever since I read it!. Thanks for the vent!!!
So now that I've made that short story long, Id say that a rehash on the topic would be in order! LOL

It looks like you already have all of the equipment already ....to collect micro gold.
1/2" classifier
1/4" classifier
12 mesh classifier
Set up a recirc sluce with jet dry and with a slick plate, V ribbed matting and miners moss or felt or scrubbies.
30,50 and 100 mesh classifiers
classify 2 mesh sizes above what is showing (pan sampled) in the area into 5 gallon pails
magnet out the black sands..... should be dry cons
rerun through a cleanup sluice on each of the +30,=+50 and +100 con sizes
magnet out the black sands .....must be dry cons
run wet material after black sand is removed -30, -50 and -100 across your miller table
rerun each size of tailings through a blue bowl
what I mean is only run each size separately do not intermix at any stage until all gold is recovered.
You may want to crack the black sands (heat on stove, add salt and toss mix into ice water...do outside)but I think this stage is getting to be way too much work.
Going to leaching is yet another extreme...left to the chemistry types.

Just my rehash

Agree Dene, there was a good bit of sales pitching, and some put your money where your mouth is, in that thread. But also some great insight into fine gold by GollyScience. The question of whats best for fine gold recovery can't easily be answered due to the many variables. I like it because most every type of fine gold recovery is mentioned, you can pick one method and do a search, here or on google/yahoo learn about it, then choose another and learn more. Happy to see the subject brought back up, Maybe some new insights since the last go round.
