« on: November 05, 2019, 07:04:29 PM »
Hi .guys this is Remembrance Day weekend.I will again be spending it in my tent or weather permitting doing some digging. My grandson T J joined Army Cadets this year.He looking forward to doing his thing at the ceromonies.I am proud of him.Too bad more young folk do not know what all our ancesters and new milatary young folk die for.On monday I honour with silence the passing of all that  passed  and those that survived hell fighting for freedom.Mcbain.
I started out with nothing Istill have most of it.

Even if our dates on the calendar are different to recognize our service persons , I have great respect for our and your country peoples  military service to keep us free on this date  :D
They gave much and some gave all to keep us free  :-[

I would like to say thank you to all the brave men and women that are serving or have served, or have given the ultimate sacrifice to give us our freedom . May we never forget

My uncle, a WWII fighter pilot, lost his life flying a D-Day pre-invasion mission on birthday. His remains and plane are somewhere in the English Channel.

So grateful for those that serve to protect freedom, truly.

All the best,

Lanny
