Hi.Guys the seasons are a changing. with global warming.Looks to me like we could get much longermining time into the fall and winter months..I was out on wed.evening ,first time I seen a mosquitoe this year.Nature is telling me something.Just sdaying ,Luck Mcbain.
I started out with nothing Istill have most of it.

Hardly any bugs this year for sure (at least around North Vancouver and the Coquihalla).

Looking forward to a nice NOVEMBER!..... need the bears to start sleeping so that I can rest easy on some of  the Northern Fraser areas I want to goto!

Bears are easy.It is the guy throwing 100lb rocks that make me nervous DEVIL&?? DEVIL&??Just talked to a fisherman works the fraser He is terrified.He thinks somebody is using a catapult to throw 100 lb plus rocks at him.He knows better than thatJust a thought ,Mcbain.

Yeah, no shortage of em up in the Yukon. Though we're WELL into fall and they've mostly died off already with the icy mornings.

Water still flowing good for panning though!
