How many of you guys would pay 200.00 $ for a machine that would take the magnetite out of your cons with a bulk processor ?

Hi.Gold guy.The use of magnets has been discussed a thousand times.I like to think it is a personal thing.I will not use magnets. Some folks are ok with them but I work super fine gold.Even when oven baked at 500c I still loose gold in the magnetite.so I do not use them..I pan my cons clean, some of the tiniest bits of back will get in the snuffer but almost invisible to the eye.I run the gold I am going to melt threw the blue bowl for about 8 hours. That is about as clean as you can get.then I melt.Good topic interested in knowing your method.Luck,Mcbain.
I started out with nothing Istill have most of it.

I can pull magnetite without loosing any gold in cons fast and easy . Makes it easier to get down to just gold in a volume situation and recover more gold.

In a different industry, we separated by using an overhead conveyor with a magnetic drum placed over the material to be separated. The magnetic material would rise up to the drum bringing no non-magnetic with it ,then ride around the drum until it was on top where it was carried away on the conveyor belt. that ran on the magnetic drum.
