does aneyone know if rock creek is to high to run a highbanker at this time of year.

I assume you're asking because you want to make sure you have enough bank to use your equipment?  Make sure you're up on the rules for highbanking, you can't just do it where you want.

Regarding water levels,
The government shows water levels at stations all over the province, pick the nearest to Rock Creek. The WEST KETTLE  RIVER AT WESTBRIDGE would be your best bet.
