Quite a project, but I learned alot, and now have a decent crusher. Will crush 2 x 3 rock to 1/4" minus in a single pass. Next on the list is an impact crusher to reduce the 1/4 minus to powder. I'm crushing rhyolite in the video.

LOL...the shop can be pretty dark on really gloomy days, and some of the video was shot late in the day. I've got a decent 40 x 72' shop, but usually am working in 40-50  degree f. temps. On sunny days, the shop warms into the mid 50's, due to my solar heating. That LED work light is so bright it makes everything around it look pretty dark!

I probably won't bring it to Couer d/alene, Joe. The booth will be crowded even without it. I'm not planning on building and selling these crushers. I will sell plans and instructions, however, for the handy guys that want to build one. There are some critical design details on these, and if you get it wrong, they do NOT work. ^#! This is the third modification to the crusher to finally get it right. The first and second didn't work...period. I finally figured out what was needed. There is very little design info on these available anywhere. They look simple, but the details are critical in some respects.
