Hmm   another reason to be cautious before staking or  buying a claim. ..

You are right, one more thing to think of.

If they do one tributary at a time I would be surprised if it creates that much of an impact.

Ya, I would think a way to mine it can be found.
Its too bad they found out their problems AFTER they spent so much money.
But...its a good to know, might save other prospectors some cash.
Since yukon is pro mining. ..I THINK an answer can be found ???
