Hey all, not sure if it's frowned upon to post links to this site as I haven't seen any other posts with such links, but the mine they just listed for sale looks really nice...at least the photos do.

<-wave-> Thanks for the link. Going to run down and take a look.  But that's a lot for a 20 acre claim. There are a lot of abandoned pegmatite mines here in the hills. If you would like i can post some pics. of some mines in my area. They still mine pegmatites here in the hills.
just keep digging

Yeah, their prices are AWFUL high!! Normally they have their claims online for a week or two, then send them to ebay with a starting bid of $1,750US. They just had someone set up a contract for a mine in Colorado for $180K!!

Sure, post some pics if you like. If I can't go there in person, then I'd love to use my data time seeing the pics! I'm sure lots of other folks would like that, also!!

Thank you SD!!  ;D

Me too. Maybe I could be a live-in caretaker.

Tuck the rocks into bed at night, talk to them to keep them company...keep the riffraff out of the mine...aka anybody else

That mine sounds literally like a dream come true...except for the price. Slightly, (severely, who am I kidding), over my budget, unless I sell my kidneys.

well with the poor economy nows your chance to find miners willing to jump back in this conventional mine otherwise making this a mechanized mine would be  insane. 33 million is a steal lol  https://goldrushexpeditions.com/product/santiago_patented_mining_claim/
