Caught gold fever and now need help

Hi all
 I started panning last year and would like to find someone in my area to talk to about my new hobbie. I live in golden B.C. and am looking for places to go close to here. Any help would be appreciated

this weekend i went out to wild horse creek near fort steele bc. dose anyone know any other good places near there?

Hey cole my names mitch I live in invermere near golden about an hour away and I to am new to gold panning and haven't had time to check out wild horse creek is of good? And sorry  but I don't know of any really good areas just toby creek in invermere and welcome to the forum.
