I think the detecting season is over.I have to sort out my trash,so it can reach my buddy's recycle bin.I wish I could weigh it,hopefully he has a bothroom scale.Anyway I never realized how much garbage there is in the ground,I bet I find garbage Anywhere I detect,you would not beleave where I find stuff!

GRAND TOTAL-36 pounds of trash!
                    -114 bottle caps
                    -184 pull tabs(I look for coins mostly)
                    -40 bullet casings
                    -3 rings ,one gold,one junk,and one tacky grad ring junk also!

Heck you should know what kind of trash there is in a virgin area.. Your collection there with bottle caps can be collected in less then ½ a year. L-M-A-O

Rockpup you should contact the City of Lethbridge and show them that Yes....that would be COOL if you could setup
a parks department with the City and your job would be romoving stuff like that in the parks....just don't tell if you find
any goody's Laugh and getting payed by any City is good money most times. Yes

hey guy'S JUST GOT MKY METAL DETECTOR AND TOOK IT UP TO A PRINCETON BC one problem even with it sey on hi for screening out trash its still going off every foot dew to other metal s in rock s ie iron  any idea s ?

some vlf's will not work in hot ground.If you can manual ground balance your machine try that.Also try to run it on lower sensativity,lower the sensativity so it will run stable.

Thanks Rockpup--I will try the low sensitivity--I cant manually adjust my ground balance.  (This is just a cheap detector). Shock
