We have that problem here with Metal sample pans.  I bit different since they are not stuck because of a vacuum underneath, since there are grooves along the sides that prevent this, it's just because of a tight fit with a bit of rust and sand.  My solution for these is:  I just save them up until winter and fill with water and place outside - the expanding ice takes them apart every time.
