Patience my friend the rivers are almost always high this time of year im chomping at the bit too however u can check benches above high water to help alliviate the frustration. lol!!!@*
Finally get all my gear, finally got my permit and now the Athabasca is flooded. Same with most rivers south of Fort McMurray. Highways 63 & 881 were temperarily shut down for a while due to roads being flooded. Big honkin trees floating down the river with no sandor gravel to be seen. Grrrrr.
